The Independence Day's Activities

On the 31 August is our country's independence day. It is the 58th Independence Day since 1957. This was the first year which i joined the celebration of which was held by the college. Since our lecturer said that every people in our class must join the event so almost the whole class decided to join the choir competition. After we had signed up for the competition, we started to choose which patriotic song was suitable. We started from memorizing the lyrics and some of the students were responsible for the bass part while some were playing the role by doing the harmonizing part. Due to limited time for practicing, we had to spent several hours for almost 4 days continuously to make the practice became perfect. On the day of competition, we got ready in the morning and practiced for a while before went for the competition. Our group was the first to perform, I felt very nervous and hoped that the performance went smoothly. Sadly the microphone system was not in a good condition but the others was going on good. There was a few hours gap before the announcement of the results so my friends and I went to have lunch. Finally it was the moment to announce the winners for the competition, the adrenaline was rushing in everybody's body. Our group won the 2nd prize and the hampers. Everybody felt elated and touched at that moment because all the hard works were paid off. Although it was tiring but all of this experience will be engraved in my mind forever.

A man eater

Yesterday i saw a piece of news about a man eater in Russia. This man eater is a 21 years old chef. He always wanted to try the taste of the human flesh since small. Then this 21 years old man found his target, a man where they met on a website and this man ask his target to meet at his home. The man kills the person by covering the mouth with a cloth and use a knife to cut his throat. The psycho person recorded the way he killed and cut the man into pieces and uploaded the videos. He cooks the person with different ways such as deep fry, make into burger and etc and he managed to finish the whole body within one week. He also commented that he wants to try 10 persons more in the future. But luckily he was captured by the local police otherwise i can't imagine the consequences. Just wonder why there are so many things can be eaten but why he chooses to eat the human flesh.

An unforgettable day

On 26th August was the last day i had class.After the class, I had to rush back to the hostel to take my things and straight away go to the bus terminal. I remembered last year that i missed the bus because i waited in the school bus for almost 45 minutes for the bus to move and on the way to the Bukit Jalil bus terminal there was a heavy traffic jam, in the end i missed the bus. Since then, i had to go to the bus terminal earlier so i won't missed the bus. After i reached the terminal, i boarded the bus on time. When i was taking a nap in the bus, there was a loud sound i heard. I think almost the passengers were awake because of the sound. The first thing i thought was the bus knocked into something, then only i realised that the bus's tyre was punctured.It was the first time i experienced it. The bus stopped at the rest stop for a while but still continue the journey after that. On the way to reach the destination, I can feel the bus was shaking and not quite stable. I just prayed that the journey was safe and no accident occurred. Finally, all of the passengers arrived the destination sound and safe. I hope I will not meet with this kind of incident again.
